ARC Analytics, LLC is a consulting firm specializing in investment related disputes. The management team at ARC has over 40 years combined experience in the industry. The Senior Management of ARC was instrumental in the development and organization of a regional brokerage firm from 1985 until its acquisition in 2001. Through our accumulated experience gathered from our years in the industry, we offer a unique analytical approach to reviewing documents associated with a case and advising on the reasoning behind the formulation of the documents and what the documents really tell you.
We have developed a proprietary software program in which data from statements and other historical documents are input. After the data is input, in excess of 50 reports are available to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the allegations. We consider our reports the premier reports in the industry. We have prepared reports in over 2000 cases since 2002. Our reports have been accepted in both arbitration and courts. As we believe that presentation is an important part of the process, our reports are professionally bound with each report section labeled and they are printed on our signature green paper. Customized reports are available depending on the needs of the specific case. We are continuously adding to our library of reports as we receive requests and input from our clients. Assets are priced on the day of deposit or withdrawal using closing price through our access to Bloomberg LLP and Morningstar Principia for mutual fund information.**
We offer a variety of asset allocation models (pro forma) which compare the performance of the actual account to various indices or mutual funds of your choice. The pro forma may be reallocated as you deem appropriate and rebalancing and fees are other options available.
We offer alternative pricing depending your needs. You may utilize the data entry personnel at ARC or we have annual licensing agreements available should you want your in house staff to input the data. For those who are interested in quickly evaluating the out of pocket losses in an account, we have available an Initial Account Analysis (IAA). Monthly, quarterly or annual statements are needed for this service. The data may be input by our personnel or your staff may have access over the internet should you decide to license this service.
We offer those involved in class action litigation the ability to have LIFO reports in addition to the customary FIFO as well as several reports which analyze any individual security through mergers and acquisitions including any options or fixed income securities associated with it.
